Special tools are manufactured to increase the cutting depths up to 300mm ( 11.81" ), the depth can be easily reached with the supplied extension kit

Manufactured with coolant holes to allow the passage of coolant through the tools, the F/26 is used on radial drills and programmable drilling machines.

The F/112 is an universal grooving tool, designed and manufactured by Maus Italia using high quality materials for the simultaneous creation of one or more grooves in the tubesheet holes.
Using a Morse Taper No, the F/112 is used on radial drills and programmable drilling machines for tubesheet holes with diameters between 7 and 30mm ( between 0.276" and 1.181" ). The F/112 uses centering rings and special tools made by Maus Italia.

Universal tools for the creation of one or more grooves in tubesheet holes from 15 to 120mm ( from 0.591" to 4.274" ) in diameter – Seeger ring seats, or rings, drains, etc.
Entirely made from special cemented, tempered and hardened NiCr steel, it comes equipped with a Morse taper No. 4. for mounting on radial drills, parallel lathes (on the mandrel or tailstock), boring machines, milling cutters and operating machines in general
The F/120 is particularly suitable for tooling operations on boiler tubesheets with a diameter up to 120mm ( 4.724" ). It is supplied with a self-centring ring, a tool holder and tools that have been manufactured made by Maus Italia.

F/12

Completely designed and manufactured by Maus Italia with high quality materials, it allows the coolant to flow from the inside directly to the cutting point. This ensures long life and high performance of the "Holetool" series tools.
The F/12 is available in a standard model with a Morse taper shank and, upon request, with ISO 40 taper shank.
The F/12 is supplied in a kit with three F/13 reduction sleeves.

Designed and manufactured by Maus Italia, the F/13 series reduction sleeve is available in 3 sizes for connection with Morse taper No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 of the "Holetool" series tools.
