Quadrol Matex MRP - “Hi-tech” expansion system with parallel rolls for very high precision in the expansion for tubes with external diameter from 12,70 to 25,40 mm ( from 1/2" to 1" )
The Quadrol Matex MRP system is for tube rolling where a very high precision is needed, the parallel rolls technology also prevent the tube protrusion caused during the wall reduction and the relative stress in the tube.
The Quadrol Matex MRP system can also be supplied with the LCQ1 lubricator
To increase the life of the tools, Maus Italia have manufactured the LCQ1 lubricator system.The use of the above lubricator request a specific dedicated mandrels.
